If any defects from our manufacturers was found on your ladder, you may contact us here and we will be gladly to help! Read the Terms & Conditions before filling up the warranty program form. However, we are only responsible for warranty program from our ladder products.
1. This Warranty Program applicable for below products:
2. This covers on manufacturer’s defect on step only.
3. Step damages caused by other than manufacturer’s defect will not be covered by us.
4. Warranty Program is valid for one time repair purpose only and no additional equipment will be given.
5. The warranty program will be available for one (1) time service within the period.
6. Contact us directly for the warranty program.
7. Buyer is in need to fill in the registration form for warranty program service within 14 days of Date of Purchased (DOP).
8. DOP in the registration form must be tally with the date in receipt or invoice.
9. Our warranty program is only valid for West Malaysia.
10. The warranty program process may take up to 14 working days in average or more.
11. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
